NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT & APPLICATION FEE

$500.00 per student will be charged at the time of application (This is 50% off original price ($1000) for founding families). Fee includes an observation/exam fee.


REGISTRATION & SECURITY FEE

$550.00 per family is due during enrollment, at the time of payment plan set-up.


FACTS ENROLLMENT FEE (for setting up tuition payments)

$25.00 FACTS fee is applied if you choose to pay the tuition in one payment.

$55.00 FACTS fee is applied if you choose a monthly payment plan.

MULTIPLE CHILD DISCOUNT


Tuition is assessed after the full rate is charged for the oldest child. A 10% discount is provided for the second sibling, a 25% discount for the third sibling and all subsequent. For siblings with scholarships, all scholarships will be applied to the full tuition. The sibling discount will then apply to the remaining balance. 

WITHDRAWALS 

To withdraw a student, parent/legal guardian must notify the academy office in writing. There is a $50 withdrawal fee that needs to be paid as well as all financial obligations owed to Christ Fellowship Academy in order to finalize the withdrawal and terminate your FACTS account. If your FACTS account remains open, you are responsible for all remaining tuition and fees. All paid tuition and fees are non-refundable and nontransferable. Once this process is complete, transcripts may be released. 

PROGRAM TRANSFER FEE 

There is a $50 fee for transferring during the school year between preschool programs. Please note that only one program transfer is allowed per school year.

EXTENDED SCHOOL DAY (ESD):

Our Extended School Day (ESD) program is open from 7:00 am to 8:00 am and in the afternoon until 5:30 pm every day that school is in session. This service is provided to you at an hourly rate in addition to your tuition charges. If you use ESD care, you will be charged $8.00 per hour for any time within the hour used. ESD care closes promptly at 5:30 pm. A $25.00 surcharge for every 15 minutes or any part thereof will be charged to your account should you sign your child out after 5:30 pm. If a child is dropped off before 8:00 am or remains after regular school dismissal time, they must be checked into ESD care.

**THERE IS NO ESD FOR HALF-DAY**

A $25.00 surcharge for every 15 minutes or any part thereof will be charged to any Half-Day or VPK only student that is picked up after their dismissal time.

NON-SCHOOL DAY CARE (NSD)

Students attending NSD care (Christmas Break, Spring Break, etc.) will be charged $60.00 per day. There is no hourly rate for non-school day care.
